Seasonal hours and eligibility
Seasonal work and variable hours can make eligibility tracking more involved. Review how hours and service are recorded and how the plan’s eligibility rules apply.

We help contractors review their plans and explain them to the people in the office, the shop and out on jobs.

Crews moving between job sites may have few opportunities to meet the advisor. Consider meeting formats and times that give employees a practical way to ask questions.
Companies under common ownership may need to be reviewed together for retirement plan purposes. Ask your plan administrator and tax or legal advisor how the ownership relationships affect your plan.
Before we talk about funds or fees, we want to hear how your business works. Where are the crews? What do people ask about the plan? What takes up your office's time? Graham Mull personally leads your plan review and ongoing advisory relationship. You shouldn't have to learn an advisor's vocabulary to have a useful conversation.
Your crews may be spread across job sites while the office keeps things running. Our employee education can include job-site visits, meetings at the shop, video sessions and one-on-one conversations. We plan the timing and format with you rather than expecting one meeting to work for all of them. The people doing the work should get the same chance to ask questions as the people at a desk.
How do I sign up? Where do I change my contribution? What does the company match mean for me, if our plan offers one? We explain the information in everyday language and leave room for questions. Employees can schedule individual time for general education under the services in your agreement. These conversations are not individualized investment recommendations or legal advice.
Our fee benchmarking combines your current disclosures, proposals from other providers, market data and Graham's experience. You get a side-by-side cost and service comparison with recommendations. From there we can talk about what's working, what isn't and whether the support fits a business with crews in the field.
Tell us which plan questions land with your office team and where they need a clearer answer from a provider. When a change makes sense, our provider selection and transition service covers gathering proposals, coordinating the move, plan design, investment menu design and following up afterward. We help clarify the handoffs with your providers. Payroll processing and plan administration remain with the teams appointed to do that work.
We monitor your plan’s investment lineup and conduct a formal review each quarter. You’ll receive a report with our findings, fund scores and recommendations, along with any decisions or changes we’re authorized to make. We’re available to discuss the report and answer your questions. Before you hire us, we’ll explain what we’ll do and what it will cost.
Start with where your crews work, when they can meet and how they hear about the plan now. Bring your own questions and the ones your office team hears from employees. Current plan materials, fee disclosures and provider agreements help us understand what's in place. Our review process ends with a written report and next steps.
In a free plan review, tell us how your crews work and what questions come up, and we'll look at the plan with that in mind.
A free 45-minute review with a written report of initial findings and next steps. No obligation. Detailed benchmarking and fund scoring are separate services.
