401(k) employee education that reaches second shift and the job site.

We explain your plan to employees in group meetings, by video and one on one. We'll work with you on meeting formats and scheduling.

Start with the questions people actually ask.

How do I enroll? Where do I change my contribution? What does the employer match mean? We help employees understand the plan they have, using plain language and making room for questions. We explain how to find plan information and who to contact for account or payroll help. The goal is for people to understand their next step, without feeling they should already know the answers.

What we explain: enrollment, the match and vesting

Education covers enrollment, contributions and the investment choices available through the plan. Where the plan offers an employer match, we explain how it works. We can also explain vesting: when employer contributions become yours to keep under the plan’s rules. Your plan’s summary plan description and provider materials help ground these conversations in the benefit your company actually offers.

Meetings that fit your shifts and job sites

One meeting at 10 a.m. won't reach second shift, the crew on a job site or the driver on a route. We combine on-site group meetings, video sessions and one-on-one conversations, and plan them with you around your schedules and locations. Our focus is employers with crews, shops, plants and field teams, where people can't all be in the same room at the same time.

Questions don't wait for the next meeting.

Employees can schedule individual time for general plan education between group meetings, subject to the services in your agreement. They can revisit something they didn't understand or ask where to find information. Some questions are easier to ask one on one.

What employee education covers, and what it doesn't

Participant conversations provide general education, not individualized investment recommendations or legal advice. We explain how the plan and its investment options work without presenting education as a personal financial plan. Choosing and monitoring the fund menu for the employer’s plan is a separate responsibility. Our investment oversight page explains that work and how its scope is set out in the advisory agreement.

Keep people informed when the plan changes.

A new provider or a change in plan features can bring a new set of questions. We help explain what is changing, where employees can find information and which questions belong with the provider or administrator. Our provider selection and transition service covers coordination of the move. Employee education supports understanding; it does not replace required plan documents or notices.

Tell us where your team needs help.

Start with the questions employees bring to you, the education they receive today and the shifts or locations you need to reach. Bring your current enrollment materials and summary plan description if you have them. Together, we can discuss suitable topics, meeting formats and how employees will book time. Our review process is the starting point.

Help your people make sense of their plan.

In a free plan review, we'll discuss how you explain the plan to employees and the questions your team hears. We'll set the scope and fees for employee education and ongoing support as part of your advisory engagement.

A free 45-minute review with a written report of initial findings and next steps. No obligation. Detailed benchmarking and fund scoring are separate services.
