About Graham Mull
Graham Mull leads Main to Mill's plan reviews and ongoing advisory relationships, working with employers in the Carolinas and nationwide.

Background
Graham has worked on retirement plans from both the provider side and the advisor side. He spent more than nine years at Vanguard, including a regional sales director role working with retirement-plan advisors on recordkeeping and investment solutions. He later served as Director of Qualified Plans at Foundation Wealth & Tax Advisors, working on plan fees, investment options and committee processes. He holds an MBA from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business. Main to Mill brings that experience to the questions employers face: what their plan costs, how it is managed and how well employees understand it.
Who you'll work with
Graham personally leads your initial plan review and, if you choose ongoing support, your advisory relationship. You work directly with the person reviewing your plan costs, evaluating your investment lineup, and meeting with your employees. Investment advisory services are offered through Navigate 401K, LLC. Before you engage us, we'll discuss fees and define the services and responsibilities in your written advisory agreement.
A fair chance at retirement
Graham believes everyone deserves a fair chance at retirement and a good quality of life after years of work. He enjoys working with people who build, grow, make and move things, and believes they deserve the same care and attention as an executive in a city office. Main to Mill is how he puts that belief to work: helping employers look closely at plan costs, ask useful questions, and make support easier for employees to understand and use. If you want to see where your plan stands today, you can start with a free 45-minute review and a written report of initial findings and next steps, with no obligation to hire us or switch providers. Detailed benchmarking and fund scoring are separate services.
